Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in South Africa.

When you place an order you can select the shipping option you would like to use and consists of the below.

Econo Parcel - (R60.00) Via Post office with tracking number. Counter to counter. Parcel is un-insured. Please add 3% to value of order if you want the items insured.

Overnight door to door to main centers - (R100.00) (Cape Town, JHB, Bloemfontein, P.E. ,East London, George, Durban, Pretoria only) Needs physical address and someone needs to sign for parcel between 08:00 and 17:00 week days only.

Regional Areas door to Door - (R155.00) - 24h to 72h door to door delivery depending on location. Far out towns may take longer. Needs physical address and someone needs to sign for parcel between 08:00 and 17:00 week days only.

Local Door to Door Delivery - (R65.00) Overnight delivery to Cape Town and Surrounds only. Needs physical address and someone to sign for parcel between 08:00 and 17:00.

Collection - (Free) Collection from Kuilsriver after hours only.
